Castle Siege Rules

1. Members of Dratan Siege Owner guild can not go to Merac Siege, this includes the secondary toons those members own as well as the main toons.
* This rule is based on the participation at a Siege and not on watching it (Rule 3.)

1st Offense: 7 Days Ban
2nd Offense: 14 Days Ban
3rd Offense: 30 Days Ban
4th Offense: Permanent Ban

2. Members of Merac Siege Owner guild can not go to Dratan Siege, this includes the secondary toons those members own as well as the main toons.
* This rule is based on the participation at a Siege and not on watching it (Rule 3.)

1st Offense: 7 Days Ban
2nd Offense: 14 Days Ban
3rd Offense: 30 Days Ban
4th Offense: Permanent Ban

3. If you are not registered for Siege, you are not allowed to watch.
*If you want to buy Owls, you'r allowed to do it. Abusing this,will result in bann.

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 2. Warning
3rd Offense: 3 Days Ban
4th Offense: 7 Days Ban

4. Spawnkilling

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

5. Hacks & Third Party programs (e.g. Attackspeed, Auto-target, etc.)

1st Offense: Permanent Ban

6. Multi Client is not allowed during siege.

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

7. PK Mode is not allowed 10min(when the timer starts)before the Siege and not during the Siege
*DCS: Not allowed at the Siege-Area(Bridge until the 2 statues also count as Siege-Area)

1st Offense: 3. Days Ban
2nd Offense: 7. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 14. Days Ban
4th Offense: Permanent Ban

8. Velo/Ignitation is not allowed.

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

9. Killing from inside the spawn place

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

10. Healing your party from inside the spawn place

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

11. Attacking a EnigmaLC Staffmember
*This doesn't count for TGS & GS's without their Title. If they wear their GS Title, you are NOT allowed to Attack them!

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

12. Defenders are not allowed to be in the same group as an offending group.

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 3. Days Ban
3rd Offense: 7. Days Ban
4th Offense: 14. Days Ban

13. MCS and DCS must be on different times, with atleast a difference of 3 hours.

1st Offense: 1. Warning
2nd Offense: 2. Warning
3rd Offense: 2. Days Ban for the Guild Owners
4th Offense: 5. Days Ban for the Guild Owners

NOTE: In order to report a Spawnkill, glitch or hack you MUST report via Video.

These rules may be altered when needed.
